Everyone might be on vacation.
They used their rescheduled weeks from planned trips out West or to Florida to go to the SC coast,
if the crowds at Hilton Head were any indication last week.

Too busy getting ready for this Friday's trip to Maine.

I usually just lurk. I really want to book an RCI Extra Vacations getaway or use my DVC points in Florida, but we're unable to right now between my job, my husband's job, and my kids daycare having travel restrictions! It's driving me crazy because I have 2 full weeks off work during Christmas and would love to travel south to do some golfing. I booked 2 Extra Vacations trips for 2021 before covid hit: one to Loreley Resort GA in spring (I'd say 50% chance of us being able to go) and one to Summit Massanutten for 4th of July week (which should be fine since we're Virginia residents). Although, I have to admit I regret my booking at Summit a bit since we stayed at Mountainside Villas at Massanutten last month and LOVED those units. My husband used the private sauna everyday in the unit (which was especially convenient since the pool saunas were closed). I also liked the townhouse layout so there was no unit below or above us to worry about.
