No Loyalty Accommodation Upgrade for The Modern Honolulu?

I've been looking at booking The Modern Honolulu for several different date and length ranges, and I've noticed that I never get offered a Loyalty Accommodation Upgrade to a higher point value room. I'm guessing this might be due to the fact that it's a "member-only resort", or possibly because it's under renovation until February 2021? Has anyone else been offered the upgrade?

Also, is a dramatic price increase for the Loyalty Accommodation Upgrade on the way? When booking another resort I was offered the upgrade for $20/night (Silver Member), but when clicking the "?" icon the text reads:

As a Loyalty Member, you may upgrade your reservation by one unit type (as listed in the Annual Global Reservations Directory) at the time of booking.

Silver members can upgrade at USD $129 per night for up to 14 nights per year
Gold members can upgrade at USD $75 per night for up to 21 nights per year
Platinum members have unlimited upgrades for just USD $50 per night

With the following restrictions:

As with all reservation requests, upgrades are subject to room availability
One upgrade per reservation up to a 7 day increment
Upgrades are not available on a reservation where a points rate discounted is applied.
Upgrades are not available for the following accommodation types:
Presidential Suite at Ka'anapali Beach Club
Presidential Suite at the Point at Poipu
Penthouse at Cabo Azul Resort
Cruise Itineraries offered through Norwegian Cruise Line

Upgrades are not available as part of an Interval International Exchange, Diamond Dream Holidays package, THE Club® Select Exchange, or exchanges with any other Club affiliated partner. The upgrade fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Are the upgrade prices a typo or future price increase?

Are you using the 75% off code? If so, Diamond has changed to where you can't do upgrades if you use a discount code because they now consider that "double dipping".

Prices for upgrades increased on 01 Jan 2020. It is now $20 per night for Silver, $15 per night for Gold, and $10 per night for Platinum. They also tried to limit Platinum members to only 75 nights a year to upgrade (instead of unlimited) but received so much flak that they reversed that decision.

Definitely not using any offer code.

Truthfully, Diamond has been screwing with the system so much lately it doesn't surprise me that so many things we used to be able to do we now can't.
