Flagship Studio Timeshare. Currently has 6 weeks available (2022, 2023, 2024 x2) 2025, 2026.

Mortgage paid off. Maintenance Fees are $833.46.

I will pay Next year Maintenance fee and closing costs AND title transfer costs.

Will also pay Interval International membership for 3 years.

Moved to Las Vegas from east coast and no longer have a need for this property.
