I have reserved 1/8/21-1/15/21, you can use, request something different deposit in Interval International or RCI or deposit the points in Hgvc for 5000 points
2020 Maintenance fee was $1135
(without yearly hgvc dues-If you enroll in Hgvc additional dues required if this is your only hgvc).
This is an affiliate and Hgvc membership is not required.
Choose the closing company you prefer. I like LT Transfers. You will be responsible for all closing costs.
If you decide to enroll in HGVC you will be responsible to apply and pay for activation fee after closing occurs and HGVC will bill you directly.
