No balconies at Timber Lodge?

I think some of the units have small balconies. They have what we called "mini" balconies on some units that could fit a chair or two. You could stand outside and check out the views or sit out on a chair with your coffee or wine. I don't recall a table . . .With such spectacular views, I can see spending a lot of time out on a balcony if it was a tad bigger!

We were bummed, because they didn't have bbq's out on the balconies or anywhere else. I'm not sure why they didn't plan for that. I guess they want you to eat in all the surrounding restaurants . . . and there were plenty!

Good luck

BBQ's on the balcony!! I wouldn't even want to stay in a building that had that.

BBQ's were probably eliminated from the premises due to of local code restrictions or liability insurance reasons.

Any outside flame in an area that could be easily damaged by just a spark if it's dry is bound to not want outdoor grills available for personal use.

Just in case you missed this from my other post. Not all the rooms have balconies as noted. There are definitely more rooms without balconies than not. So, if a balcony is important to you, definitely request it but I wouldn't count on it as an exchanger. As I'm sure most of the owners want the balcony rooms.

We were at TL back in August and really loved the place. However, there are not many balconies and the only ones I would want are the ones overlooking the pool. Wouldn't care to have a balcony overlooking the bus terminal or a parking garage. We didn't know about balconies and didn't get one but loved the room we had overlooking the pool, which is in an interior courtyard.

The best balconies in my opinion are overlooking the pool or facing the Gondola. I usually request the ones facing the Gondola/shopping area.
