I was trying to book a 2br L/O in silver season, but everything else shows available except the 2br L/O using SO. There is plenty of availability for 3br L/O, 2br, and both 1br's (not even low availability for any of them) but just not a 2br lock-off. I went through almost the entire silver season both within and outside the 8 month window and couldn't even find a single night available in the 2br L/O.co We own Plat & gold seasons, but not silver, so I don't know if it would show for home options or not. After waiting of hold for about 40 min's with "elite customer service", her response was "they must all be booked, even though everything else has plenty of availability, there is nothing I can do". I can't believe there is not a single night available in the 2br L/O for the entire season, especially at more then 8 months out. Is there an email or contact info for tech support or owner resolutions or someone who could actually help?
