I called three times this morning to lock off my 2 bedroom , oceanfront, fixed week, fixed unit at MOC, Lahaina. The first representative couldn’t do it so he said he would send me an email confirmation once he finished. Never got a confirmation.

I called a few hours later and the second representative said he would have to check for availability. I reiterated that is is a fixed week, fixed unit. He put me on hold and then disconnected. The third representative seemed way more confident but even he took 35 minutes to complete the lock off. He said he had to “force” the computer to do it. I’ve never had such an issue with locking off my units. Is this a problem unique to me or are others having the same issue?

I don't know when your reservation is, but if it is inside 60 days then it has to be done differently, and it takes much longer. Been there, done that.
