I went inside one about 5 years ago when a friend was staying there.......it's about 1-1.5 points (rating) below what you're used to, judging from your owned weeks as listed ..... I'd describe it as old, tired, & musty (but conceivably could have been upgraded by now, not sure???)......At the time, I was not impressed at all, wouldn't stay there, but it is a place to stay if a necessity. Off the top of my head I'd give it a weak 6. They're located in a heavily-wooded area inside Sea Pines Plantation. Quiet and somewhat isolated.......but that may be a good thing. Nice area nearby, but........They reminded me of tree houses basically.......hope that's helpful.
