So my WKORV purchase has closed, so only waiting for VISTANA to complete the transfer. Is there anything I can / should do? Or simple call them in 6-8 weeks to see if it is done?

also, will it be a new Vistana account or will it be in the same account as my resale SDO ownership ?

If its the exact same name on both you should be able to see both in one account

As long as the names are the same you should see it fairly quickly after the deed is registered - if you don't, call in.

I had to call to be able to see it in the online account when we added our WKORV-N. Names were the same as on our other deeds, but for some reason it didn't show up online - problem was fixed in about three minutes.

I closed on a WKORV purchase and on March 10th I overnighted the external transfer packet to :
Vistanna Signature Experiences
Attn: HOA Title Changes
1200 Bartow Road Suitte 17 Lakeland Fl 33801
I have yet to hear anything from them

I have called the title department 800-729-8246 ext 62291 and have called Title Transfer 407-903-4757 who confirmed receipt of the packet in March and has sent an email to the Title Deptartment.
Evidently the title department is working from home with reduced staff
When I call the title department I get a a recorded message and I am told to either leave a message or to send an email and I will receive a reply
I have done both with no success
I hope your process is smoother

I closed on an SVV Bella purchase on June 3rd; received an email response from titlechanges@mvwc.com to an email I had sent to titlechanges@vistana.com confirming the transfer on June 30th, allowing me to bank the options for this year. I'm still waiting on a WSJ purchase that was sent in on June 11th; that one will either be COVID-restricted options for next year or deposited in Interval since it's past the deadline for banking as a resale owner and I can't really use them this year. I'm leaning towards Interval to get the extra time to use the weeks; happy to have gotten the other one in under the deadline.
