Newport Coast -- Response to their questionnaire?

We are owners and received via email a questionnaire (staying there 8/17) offering to make reservations for various things like restaurants, spa :cheer: , owner's meeting, etc.

We filled out all the above and sent it back -- but so far no response. Do they notify you that the reservations have been made?:confused:

I'll answer my own question :) I wrote Customer Service on the Marriott website and got a phone call from Newport's Concierge that afternoon -- made my reservations with her.
