Newbie to Sheraton Desert Oasis

Hello all - I have an EOY 1 BR at Sheraton Desert Oasis - it is designated as Unit 1094 Week 31 on my maintenance statement and begins in 2012. But when I bought it, it said "Silver Season - Even Year Float." Can you help me? I am not sure how to go about exchanging this. This is my first time with Starwood. Any pointers would be very appreciated. I belong to both RCI and Interval. I mainly bought this for priority viewing of other Starwood properties in Interval.

There are a lot of SDO owners in the Starwood section of TUG who will be able and happy to answer all your questions. First, you ought to read the "sticky" there, which will explain how to deposit your week in II.
