Is Credits used per stay. So if stay 1 night is same as if did 8 nights? What’s cost for extra housekeeping credits.
Yes, per stay, that's why short stays kille you on housekeeping costs over time. $159 per stay after you use your alloted credits.

You consume 1 Reservation Transaction (RT) and 1 Housekeeping Credit (HK) per reservation, regardless if it's 2 nights (the minimum, for now) or 14 nights (the max).

It sounds like to me that you are looking to buy a low number of points, so unless you plan on getting 100k points and trying to milk a bunch of smaller stays out of those points, you may be ok. You get 1 RT for every 70,000 pts and 1 HK for every 77,000 pts.

And yes, pretty much all other timeshare systems have some form of housekeeping credit system to my knowledge

There is a 154K eoy and 141K annual Bali Hai on ebay as we speak
I may need to reset my ebay saved search. I would have to calculate the break even of getting rid of a few contracts to get a lower MF

I would look for a 308,000 point contract or two 154,000 point contracts at a low MF resort. It's the perfect amount for what you're looking for. It gives you 4 houskeeping tokens and 4 reservation transactions a year. 154,000 is the average point cost for 1 week in a 2 bedroom as well. It's exactly the amount you want for 2 weeks, while also maximizing the housekeeping and reservation transaction rules.

Try keeping an eye out for these resorts. I crossed out PR reserve locations because the resale price is really high and they only come with 1 million + points:

For reference, last march I bought 2 fully loaded 154,000 point Towers on the Grove contracts for $600 in total (for both deeds). The annual maintenance for 308,00 points at that location is $1,734 for 2021.

I just got my assessment notice for the 12.5% increase at National Harbor as well. I'm livid -- not so much at the Board but Prince George's County where we have evidently had a tax appeal sitting for 2 years due to "covid protocols". Tax liabilities increasing 46% in 2019, 31% in 2020 and 25% in 2021. That is absolutely insane. At this rate, National Harbor will be one of the most expensive deeded point options in the Wyndham system. I can only imagine timeline if we try to sell and transfer the deed -- transfers were required to be filed in person when we purchased a couple of years or so ago so can only imagine wait time now.

One can only hope if this gets resolved it goes back down. I'm a retail owner, so it's not like I can just dump it...
