Is Wyndham limiting 2021 reservations. Is availability expected to increase once the individual resort opens back up?

So far that is an unknown. There is a lot of uncertainty in the travel/lodging industry. Only time will tell. By 2021 a new normal should be established. If the new normal is 50 percent occupancy then Wyndham and the entire timeshare industry is in trouble because they would basically be considered oversold.

I think occupancy will go back to normal once people stop being dumb about masks. If 2 people wear surgical masks (which are tolerable), transmission of the virus goes down by over 90%, but people need to adjust their way of thinking in order to get things back to where they were. If people just wore masks, our "new normal" would basically just be normal.

Not only do they have to wear it, they have to wear it correctly. I’ve seen more then a few people not cover up their nose with their masks. We also saw one guy with latex gloves on, rubbing his eye with gloved hands. I’m not a medical professional, but even I know that’s stupid.

Doubt it will be that low for 2021. Barring any second wave causing things to shut down again, I suspect that occupancy levels will be at their normal levels by October, but probably sooner.
