I just received an e-mail from the managment at San Clemente Inn inviting us to ring in the new year with an all you can eat buffet from Adels (the on-site coffee shop like place), a bottle of champaign and entertainment of Dueling Pianos coming from NY-NY Las Vegas (a video feed I suppose).

It sounded kind of intersting, not spectacular, but interesting as we have no plans for New Years eve until I got to the price...$125 per person. They are also offering 25% off a nights stay if you do their party.

Don't get me wrong...I LOVE SCI and am a fan of the place, and Adel's is great...but $125 is way out there...maybe per couple...maybe. They might have a winner if they made it $225/couple and included a nights stay, but alas that's not the deal.

Not that this is of any importance, I just had to share and make sure my reality check hasn't bounced yet.
