Will be there with two families with young adult kids in their early to mid 20s. Is there fireworks or other celebration at the resort or closeby?

I know there is fireworks in downtown PV - has anyone ever gone down there and would know how difficult it may be to get a cab back to the GM?

Any evening entertainment suggestions for the kids during the week?

How about suggested "things not to be missed"?

Thank you

Joyce

We were there a couple of years ago. Great awesome fireworks right at the beach at Grand Mayan Nuevo. I actually felt that they were going to rain down on me , they were so close. And you can see fireworks all up the beach along Nuevo Vallarta. The Grand Mayan has a fancy party in a tent on the beach. We didn't go due to the cost, but it was well attended.
