I just noticed this article in today's paper about a new 19-story Wyndham resort being built west of I-15 on Twain Street, which is north of the Rio Hotel.

I saw this earlier today in the paper. We talked about the location here a few months back. My thought then, as now, is "what a cr*ppy location." Most of the area just north of the Rio is industrial...

You'd definitely need a car there, for anything. It will be a shining light in the darkness...
