From now thru August 23rd, ULTA is providing free shipping with the following code: FREE25A1 They also have a code for $3.50 off on $10. with code 94539 (no good on Bare Minerals, and some other things). Don't know if the two codes are stackable. If you look in their online circular, they have a lot of buy one, get one, or in some cases, buy two, get one.

I recently discovered Ulta when my teenage daughter got a gift card for her birthday. She got some discounted sample kits that added up to enough to get another sample kit free. She got an amazing amount of cosmetics and bath stuff for not much money. I'm going to go back and get some of the same things for her to give as presents to her friends.
