(I'm not connected to this in any way but saw the first 25 pages)

There is a new book out written from the TS owners point of view which I was able to see the first 25 pages. It it very well done!!

see a little about it at www.thetimeshareguy.com

It written by a TS owner and really talks about the tips which we tuggers talk about:
-Tips for buying resale
-Tips for trading into great resorts
-Tips for learning about TS for the internet experts (Like TUG and TS4Ms)
-When TS isn't right for you.

True,

But for a newbie, having it all in a book might be nice.

Thanks for the positive comment, Bill. I agree with Denise that the information is available at sites like this. The challenge is not a lack of information about timeshare but the sheer volume of it, which is especially overwhelming for the novice. The rationale for a book is to condense the information into something a person can read in a few hours, after which point they become an educated consumer.

I agree with timeshareguy that the sheer volume of information about timeshares can be overwhelming for many, making his book valuable. If I were a newbie, I'd buy it in a second. In fact, I found out about TUG because I bought an e-book on ebay about timeshare secrets. Maybe it was this guy, I don't know! But I do know that was money very well spent because the discovery of TUG has been priceless.

This fellows' book plus spending time here on TUG should ready anybody for tohe timeshare way of vacationing.
