HGVC The District, DVC at Aulani and Hilton Head, Sheraton Broadway Plantation, the Colonies at Williamsburg, and the Grandview at Las Vegas
The story doesn't mention it, but Disney Tokyo is the first non-Disney resort, where Disney did the designing while an outside corporation actually built and manages the park. Abu Dhabi Disney is #2 non-Disney Disney park.
