New Shell Week Owner

So, I became an owner at Kona Coast. I was able to get on Shell Vacations but not the owner section. Is it a glitch or must I wait til Wyndham processes my ownership?

My dad added my sister and me to his deed at KCR. I emailed KCR asking for login credentials to their KCR owner website (he had never used it) and was told I need to call. Haven’t done that yet so can’t say what the outcome will be.

We also own Shell points, but our ownership predates the SVC website so we’ve had login credentials longer than Wyndham has been involved.

SO - you should probably call Shell.

I'm not sure that as a weeks owner (vs SVC points) you will get access to ShellVacationsClub.com. It seems pretty oriented to points owners.

Looks like KonaCoastResorti.com (yes there is an i at the end). There is an owner logon section.

There’s also KonaCoastResorts.org which also has a link for owner login. As I said, I haven’t called yet, so I don’t know what the difference is (if any) for owners logging in via one link or the other.

I called today. You make reservations direct and there is a window so do call.

Thanks! Did you call Shell or Kona Coast? My dad has been reserving his weeks at KCR two years in advance via email to KCR but I'd like to have access to the owner website and will need to call them to set it up.

I called Kona Coast and we were called back directly from the resort. You can call Shell as well which I need to because there isn’t an owner packet. Like I need to know the season info.
