We just obtained this 2% cashback card from Schwab -- it has no caps and has no annual fee and no foreign exchange transaction fees either. You do need a Schwab brokerage/bank account since that is where the cashback is credited.

We are just going to use our Chase Rewards for 5% in gas/supermarkets/ drugstores, Costco Amex for 3% dining cashbak & this Schwab card for the rest of our purchases and stop chasing the miles for now !

In case there is a delay in the online approval, call the phone number and you can talk to the analyst and they can switch over any Bank of America cards into this one.

Thanks, me and DH agreed we would only carry 3 credit cards max, so I may have to give up one of our old faithfuls for this but it sounds worth it.
