Thanks for sharing, Brian. DVC owners since 1997, and we just added on to our portfolio with Riviera...two 100 point contracts. We won't outlive these contracts, but this will hopefully be part of our legacy for our kids and grandkids. Will be staying there in January. Very excited. We did get a great price per point and also sold our Saratoga Springs contract (for a profit) and one of our small BoardWalk Villas contract (for a very nice profit) to help offset the cost. We still have points at BoardWalk and also Bay Lake. We have never regretted our DVC.

I have been thinking about a riviera contract. Not sure I’d want to stay at other resorts. I know RR is close to Epcot and HS? Two of the parks I like most. Just clueless on what I may need, most likely not one of those studio by that cool sign tho lol.
