Is that an actual photo of the "quiet room"? I see a xylophone, a drum and a triangle, along with items that can be used to cause them to make sounds - I guess my definition of "quiet" is different....

Or, here's a room that gives you a different kind of noise and busy-ness from the parks?

I can understand that (and I think UOR should be praised for recognizing the need and providing a place where those with autism can retreat from the parks) - just thought the name “quiet room” was questionable due to having so many ways to make noise there. Seems they could think of a different name for it.

I don’t know how that term got started but it isn’t unique to Universal Studios. I know several musical artists promote the “quiet rooms” at their concerts, another place that isn’t exactly quiet.
