Hi I received an email with this offer. Buy more HICV and get IHG matching points. My question is what is the price per point and is there a minimum point requirement? I hesitated contacting HICV because hoping for someone who has a good explanation of this offer. Have any TUG members bought into this?

Average is about .20 a point for 50k points. The deal is not a good one. Ihg points are worth less then a 1/2 cent a point.

Thank you, when I read the offer fully, we would be required to do a one hour sales presentation. Not doing it.

Will second that it really isn't a good offer. Depending on what you buy you get like 1-2 free hotel nights in points for about every $10,000 you spend on a contract, going by their kinda standard offer of a 40,000 pt contract for $10k.

IHG points are worth a lot less than the HICV club points, at about 0.5 cents each like mentioned above.
