New Owner - very dissatisfied

My wife and I recently purchased the HGV Max membership at a presentation at boulevard in LV

We have a number of issues with what was represented during the sales presentation and what we are actually going to receive in terms of vacation time and value.

What we are looking for is contact information for management above the people at the sales centre. Is there a number for manager/directors who can really solve problems. We get a continual run around from the location we purchased at and never a solution.

Any help would be appreciated

If you are still within the rescission period you should submit your rescission right away. Follow the instructions provided in your paperwork.

If you are still within the rescission period you should submit your rescission right away. Follow the instructions provided in your paperwork.
If it's not in your written contract then you don't have it. What is it that you think you're not getting, what is it, exactly, that you bought?
Start at the top if you can definitely cite what you were told, tell it to Mark Wang, the CEO mark.wang@hgv.com
