New name for HGVC Midtown Orlando

I just discovered today that the Hilton Hotels site identifies the HGVC Midtown as Parc Soleil™ by Hilton Grand Vacations Club. I don't think I had heard anywhere that they were renaming this development.

Also, as many of you know this location is now showing availability under the Classic reservation system.

Just thought I would share what we discovered.

That seems kind of odd, especially since they have trademarked the name Parc Soleil.

I guess it's more important to HGVC to play name games rather than build in new locations!

I like the name better than Midtown. I looks nice, wish Hilton would build in Tahoe and other locations

Well, "Midtown" was rather odd, 'cuz other than being midway btw, Disney + Universal, it was in the middle of nowhere.

Is Parc Soleil the name for the Hilton Hotel Property that will be part of the "Midtown" HGVC location?
It would be similar to the HGVC Hawaiian Village with timeshare resorts and Hotel resorts.
BTW, I liked "Ruby Lake" also!

Announcement came in today's mail. It's officially Parc Soleil by HGVC.

Well, it's better than "Midtown". (sounds like an outlet mall)

So does this mean HGVC will have divisions or separate brands of clubs?

Regular clubs then the newer "upscale" clubs?
