I bought some timeshare at the Mayan Palace, Near Cancun Mexico on the 25th August 2005. At the same time I completed an RCI membership application. After nearly 3 months of waiting and getting excuses from Mayan Resorts Customer Services I still don't have my RCI membership number etc. Mayan Resorts Customer Services staff tell me that the problem is down to RCI and that many new members are in the same position as me??
Can you confirm that RCI have been having major problems in processing new applications for the last 3 months? If so when will this improve? If not who can I contact at RCI to resolve this?
