Just received an email from Marriott that future maintenance bills will be sent to us via email ONLY unless prohibited by the state the timeshare is located!

What if some nice old couples don't own a computer??

Did anyone else receive this email today (Friday)?

I received it. If I am reading it correctly, you must opt-in for each account. Otherwise you won't get anything (mail or email) unless your ts state requires it????

You can sign up to receive "online statements."
My account says "not enrolled."

Have not seen an unsolicited email, however.

So far no email for me. I own Grande Vista and Ocean Pointe. Maybe Florida does not allow it?

I received it today too. indyhorizons is correct in that you must go to your online account and opt-in (enroll) for this.

The nice old couples that don't own a computer won't receive this email, so that solves that.

I received it for MOC and signed up. I much prefer an email since I will go online to pay with my Marriott Visa card :whoopie:

I decided for next year I plan on paying monthly by going into my account and putting so much on my card each month. I think it will be easier to budget that way.

You can do that? How? Do you mean going into your MVCI account?

Yes you can, just go in monthly and make a payment. Although, my DH is not liking this thought. He wants the interest instead of Marriott. He wants me to put it in our ING account until it is ready to be paid.

Hmmm. I just logged in to my MVCI account and it did not give me the option to make a payment. There was NO link to click. It simply stated that there was a zero balance.

There used to be a way... guess they changed it with the new website. Oh well... guess I get to collect the interest then.
