New home rental platform Golightly caters just to women

All of the properties are owned or managed by women, and renters must be women, though men can travel with them.

The rental platform is invite-only and aims to build a community of women. Each member is given five invites to send to other women. But if women want to join and don't have a referral code , they can fill in an online form to be vetted.

I always find it interesting that it is ok to discriminate for women. People would scream if there was a rental site that catered only to men. When I was a practicing attorney our State had an organization only for women lawyers. Think how people would have screamed if the males attorneys had formed an organization only for male attorneys.
