Hyatt is now providing new Ka'anapali buyers with a bound book of "Owner Information". This is far more comprehensive where much of it applies to HKB. The version shown here is dated January 19, 2022 and is about 6" x 8" and1 inch thick. If you buy resale, this is not provided to the buyer. Has anyone seen this publication for other resorts?

We have not seen it for Pinon Pointe, but would love to if available.

Best regards.

I wonder why it has the Hyatt Vacation Club as opposed to Hyatt Residence Club? Hyatt Vacation Club is Welk.
It was the originally the Hyatt Vacation Club - around 2010 changed to Hyatt Residence Club

I was just wondering why they put out a document dated January, 2022, as Hyatt Vacation Club. January is when Welk officially became HVC, but Kaanapali is only HRC. I don’t believe that it was ever HVC. Could it be that confusion is not just limited to the general public?

Throughout the book, there is consistent use of the term "Hyatt Residence Club". So the question remains, why is the title "HVC"? It is also interesting that the book contains lots of information pertaining to all the other resorts. For example, under "Term of the Multisite Timeshare Plan", it defines Sunset Harbor as "Perpetual or 2094", Beach House as "Perpetual or 2097", Mountain Lodge as "Perpetual", Coconut as "Perpetual or 2103". Every resort is different.
