Has anyone had there Hilton honor account number changed. I haven’t logged on to my Hilton account for about a year. I have been a member over 20 years. I logged out n today and it didn’t recognize my Hilton member number. I couldn’t reset my password cause it didn’t recognize my email address to the account. I contacted Hilton and they gave me the Hilton ID number so I can reset the password. It a totally different number. It doesn’t make sense to me. I went in and noticed my old Hilton number on my HGVC website. I don’t understand why this number would be changed. Any ideas

I recently signed up for the Hilton Aspire card. Filled out the application to link it to my existing HHonors account. Instead, it created a new HHonors account with a new number. I called American Express and they got rid of the new account and tied my previously existing HHoners account to my new card.

This is probably not your situation, but it is how they gave me an HHonor account with a different number.

Yea I didn’t apply for any new charge.. It weird how it would change. Luckily my point were attached to the new ID. I would like to get it changed back to my original number. Will need some time to tackle that phone call :crash:
