Wow, my son found $3960 of Shark tickets, $200 of parking passes, a paint pellet gun, jar of paint pellets on New Years Day. Here is the story.
On New Year's Eve we stayed home and heard a party going on next store. Wife and I went to bed around 11 and my son came home later and heard arguing coming from the party. Oh well, no harm no foul I told him the next morning. As long as nobody was hurt and it didn't keep us from sleep.
Well, that next morning he went outside to get in his truck and on the ground was 4 tickets ($99each attached to a $20 parking pass). These were wet and our thought was one of the party goers dropped them last night. He went back out to get into his truck and looked out at the bushes and saw something else. The rest of the items (9 more sets of tickets with parking passes, the paint gun, etc.). The tickets were great seats and we could tell season tickets.
We think they were stole at the party, the yelling was getting caught and him finding them was stashing the evidence. When we went next store to ask if they had season tickets nobody was home.
Finally yesterday we saw the parents. They had been at their cabin in Tahoe and hadn't a clue. The Aunt had a get together at the house.
Yes, they are their tickets. We figured as much as they own 5 Mcdonalds and are big Shark fans.
At this time, that is all we know.
