Madge: Ever since we joined points in 2000 (roughly) our Endless Vacation magazine stopped coming. I have written RCI numerous times (and put TUG in the subject line), they answer my e mail, say they will fix things, send me back issues and then 6 months later I go through the whole thing again. They have even told me they know what the problem is, but don't fix it. My old weeks account is what is triggering the magazine subscription and since I have joined points, it still looks at the old account which, of course, says I am no longer a member. Frustrating to say the least! My main concern is if the new catalogs that are supposed to be coming out will be triggered by the same information as the magazine, and it will show I am no longer a member. Will it be enough just to send another e mail letting RCI know that I am still a member so they can send out a catalog? Is there anything I can do to get this fixed? It has been over 5 years and still no one can seem to get this right. Maybe RCI should give me a break on my membership!? Thanks for helping.

tanguayc,

I remember hearing about this actually. I'm very sorry to learn you're still having trouble! This is not a widespread issue, so I'm perplexed as to why it is still occurring. The more common problem has been duplicate mailings.

Please send a quick note with your name, ID number, and a reminder of what's happening to feedback@rci.com, Attn: Madge in the subject line. I'll look into this personally.
