Okay, I have been looking at this board and really feel that WorldMark is the best option for my husband and I. So I saw this ad on ebay today.

http://cgi.ebay.com/Worldmark-Trend...ryZ15897QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Does this look like a good deal. I ran the numbers and I think it is only 80 cents per share. From everything I have read that is the range I want to pay, right?

What should I be asking the seller?

If you need to finance this purchase by buying a WM with an assumable loan this may work for you. BUT, just because the pay-off is $6400 doesn't mean that with interest you will not be paying alot more.

But if you don't need this WM financing (or use a home equity loan ect) you can do alot better than $0.80/pt

So what is a considered a good price if I am paying for it all up front? 70 cents per credit?

Yes that is a good price if it includes 2 years worth of points banked.
