new advice page completely rewritten

so im taking a crack at rewriting the main timeshare advice page as its truly just a wall of text and links and even hard for me to browse thru even when im looking for a specific article i know is there.

take a gander at this first draft and give me your thoughts/inputs/feedback/suggestions...

Under "Should You Buy Resale or Developer?" you should insert "or even just $1" because so many people believe the $1 timeshare resales are "not for real" or "just a list of timeshares for sale, not an actual timeshare purchase." And change the comparison to the EXACT SAME WEEK, because it is true and comparing apples to apples.

"The timeshare itself is no different from week to week, however one owner could have paid $25,000 dollars to stay in that unit in week 1, where the next owner could have purchased resale for $2500 dollars or even just $1 and stay in the EXACT SAME ROOM in week 1, all while saving more than twenty thousand dollars."

I like it, though I think maybe just a page with an AI help bot like you were trialing before on ALL pages might be better? I think people tend to be overwhelmed and just want to "talk to someone". And in a lot of ways, the forums do that, but I get wanting stuff for search engines to find. I will say general AI does find and reference the TUG forum a lot if you ask it about timeshares.

I think the reorganization of the timeshare advice page looks great! Very helpful for targeting information on specific topics more quickly in my opinion.

Hi Brian,

I think it looks great! One quick correction, under the first heading.... need the word "have" after only. "You only a few days to cancel and receive a full refund"

I also wonder if that first section needs to be more urgent? Definitely the first thing people finding the website are looking for... and they need to see immediately that they should rescind.
