Good news for us - we are Canadian, so not on the same "list" as as the US, but we are scheduled to depart directly from AZ in the spring for our river cruise that originates in Amsterdam. Not sure if we would have had to return home to Canada for a few weeks first under the new(now old) rules, but now there is one less thing to have to research/worry about......however, April is a looooong way off and things could change more than a few times by then. I am choosing to not think/worry about anything until we are around 60 days out.
