But unsure of which atty to use. At Mt Amanzi and cannot get any info from them, they cannot even find our deed, yet still billed and pay yearly maintenance fees. Unfortunately, don't have any paperwork either. Hoping maybe there's a TUGGER out there who may be able to help / has a Mount Amanzi timeshare or another S. Africa timeshare.

any ideas, any help is appreciated.

Where are you physically located? Do live in S Africa? They may not really have recourse. Is this Right to use (RTU)? If its right to use, just stop paying and stop using...
