Happy New Year Tugers !!!!!
Planing our holidays for this summer, I have a week booked at Ocean Pointe already, and would like to trade 2 bedroom Grand Chateau, for Hyatt Siesta Key in any of the last 3 weeks of August, is this possible? what are the chances?, if, not, what other resort would you recommend in the gulf side of Florida?

The Hyatt is a very nice resort. Trading there may or may not work. You can always place a request first exchange.

You might try BeachPlace Towers as well. We were just there July 4th week. Remember that late summer in South Florida can be a hurricane risk. We prefer to reserve through July.

Someone posted a sightings request for the Hyatt Siesta Key on the sightings board and was pretty much told to forget about it. It is apparently listed with II as limited exchange ability.

I just realized that you asked about gulf side in Florida.

Marriott's Crystal Shores is a very nice resort. You should definitely add that to your list.
