Need some flight help

Using Kayak.com flights I need are the same price using kyak links to both Orbitz and Cheaptickets. I have never used either one so which is best most reliable to use?

I usually search using Orbitz or Kayak, then actually book through the airline's own site. Sure makes it easier than going through a third party when selecting seats or if a snafu occurs. Naaaah, travel snafu's happen to someone else...
