WKORV, WKV, 2-SDO, 4-Kauai Beach Villas, Island Park Village (Yellowstone), Hyatt High Sierra, Dolphin's Cove (Anaheim)
I would contact several reputable brokers, and ask them for an evaluation.

Be aware that on the resale market, these resorts go for a fraction of the retail price.

-Princeville doesn't have a high resale value, because when you sell it, the new owner does NOT get Staroptions.

-WSJ is not a high resale because it is a niche market, and the maintenance fees are high.

Much depends on phase, week, type...
