My DS has a home based business.. lets say its "tupperwear"
She has been setting up a table at a business on a monthly basis.. the business charges her 5% of her sales
The legal dept of this business has aked her to sign a document.. basically stating she'll give 5%.. and blah blah blah..
She has no business license, employees, insurance or corporation. We file taxes along with our personal taxes.
The following is in this agreement.. What do we need to do? If anything?
