need info on Sundial at Mustang Towers Port Aransas TX

Has anyone stayed at Sundial at Mustang Towers in Port Aransas Texas lately? The only review is old and, as I recall, the reviewer didn't even stay there - just passed by the resort. If you have stayed there in the past 2-3 years, please share your experiences. If you prefer, you can send a PM or email.

Several years ago we stayed at Mustang Island Beach Club which is next door to Sundial. We did go over and look at Sundial and got in to look at a unit. Nothing exotic, but very functional. We would be happy to trade in there sometime, while I don't think we would really want to go back to Mustang Beach Club.

Sundial is right on the beach and I think all units are beach front. The first several floors have a limited beach view because of the sand dunes, but the upper floors all would have a good view.

This area is a big time spring break beach for college kids probably from early March to mid-April. From Nov through Feb I would think it would be somewhat chilly and quite slow.
