I was on vacation in Vegas and purchased a club Wyndham timeshare on 1/20 im the only one on the loan but I was with my best friend and the agreement was my best friend was to split the payments with me monthly. I’m well past my recision period and upon reviewing documents never realized or remember agreeing/authorizing them taking out a credit card in my name financing the down payment for the timeshare. The payment is coming up at the beginning of March and my best friend doesn’t have the money leaving me solely responsible. The loan is for 24k and the credit card has 6k on it. I’ve already tried to dispute it and it got denied (not sure if anyone has had any success in the past with this or how to go about it) 200,000 annual points. I live in Pennsylvania and own my home there. I realize I’ve made a string of poor decisions, any advice helps!
Does anyone know if they could place a lien on my house if I just stop paying and want out?

I don't know about Pennsylvania law, but in a lot, if not, most states, creditors cannot put a lien on your home for a debt unless it's a "mechanic's lien" where a contractor doing work on your home can attach a lien if you don't pay.

Other than that, they can definitely ruin your credit for 7 years (default, etc)
