When I sold my Seapointer week I had Cape Escape forward the proceeds to Chaka's Rock Chalets to be applied to levies there. Chaka's received the funds, but at almost the same time entered a debit to my account for the same amount of money. So, instead of a credit balance, Chaka's shows a negative balance.
I have repeatedly asked for an explanation of the debit and receive no response from Bev, my usual contact. Now I have received a notice of termination of ownership of my week for nonpayment of the 2008 levy. I have again emailed Bev asking for an explanation of the debit, and copied Ken Bogie, Chairman of the Board, who signed the letter. I have double checked with Cape Escape who sent me a copy of the bank transfer of funds confirming that they indeed sent the funds.
Does anyone have any contact at Chaka's Rock Chalet in addition to Bev and Ken Bogie? None of the emails are returned but I can get no response from either of them. This are the email addresses I have been using:
Bev -- bev@crock.co.za
Ken Bogie -- kenbogie@worldonline.co.za
Thanks for any help.
