Hi all - the family and I are making our annual trek to Disney and taking a Grand Ma (hasn't been there since the late 60's). She's mobile, except for distance, so I would like to rent a scooter that can be broken down to fit in the trunk of a full size car. Any suggestions for resort delivery (OLCC) and price?

scooter rentals

The resorts rent scooters, but as I recall, they are very expensive! Start there and you will have a benchmark for costs.

Hi, we just rented from CARE suppliers of handicapped equipment. Cost was $30. a day. They delivered right to the Floridian Hotel and picked them up the day we left. New scooters, clean, well charged etc. Rental was in Orlando.

orlando scooter

We have used apple scooter also as well as randys mobility. Both gave great service, they deliver and pickup cart at resort. Both were about the same price. 150-180 per week. Think the scooter from randys mobility broke down to smaller size but we had a minivan so it was no problem to fit the scooter frame in. Most will let you remove battery and seat easily. But the one from randys had the frame break down into two parts which made it easier. Good luck
