Hello! We just received a letter from the outage county county assessor about supplemental assessments for NCV…has anyone else received this? I guess I am not understanding. I haven’t received word about it being under new ownership or new construction, but it seems to have a negative assessment. Any insight would be appreciated! Thanks!

Did you acquire a week at NCV recently? If so, the orange county assessor will reassess property taxes upon a change of ownership. If you paid less than the previously assessed value of the deeded interest, your property tax will go down. If you did not recently acquire your week, not really sure from your description what you received. I own a week at NCV and we have not received anything from the orange county assessor regarding this property.
