This is just the start. A tough decision, but the correct one, IMO. Great leadership by the NBA!! Disappointing for players and fans for sure. But if we expect to have any chance of stemming the spread of this potentially deadly pandemic, many similar choices will have to be made. :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

I think they should cancel March Madness. The crowd makes March Madness having attended several Elite 8s.

Mark Cuban is paying the hourly workers at the arena as if they worked the games that are now cancelled. Another owner did same.

I hope we see a lot more of that. CEO's making many milions per year are going to need to step in and I'm glad they just Did It. No big long drawn out hoo hah, just, hey, I'm making sure these folks right here are paid no matter what. Our arenas have a lot of elderly ushers. Most wouldn't be there if they didn't need the money.

HVC: The Point at Poipu, 3 deeded weeks, 1 of which is in The Club.
Most sports are shut down now, and even Disneyland is going to close.
