Yes, they cannot keep up with the number of parcels in the system this year. UPS is still trying to hire people.

I also heard on the radio yesterday that they are using UHaul trucks for deliveries in some areas/markets and that the neighbors are reporting them as "suspicious" creating other havoc. Many of the temp drivers do not have the typical "UPS Brown" uniforms, adding to the concern of citizens. They should, however, have UPS issued security ID badges.

Gotcha. I came to the incorrect interpretation as struggling with business. Didn't see how that could be possible.

Too much business is a good problem to have. Beats the alternative.

A business mantra that I firmly believe: If a business isn't growing, it is dying.

This is a true statement for Tidewater VA. UPS are using light rental pick-up truck. They are wearing UPS uniforms in Tidewater VA.

However, the Temp UPS delivered my grandson brand new tv to the wrong address. He had the correct sub div. but he was on wrong street. Thanks for good friends at the wrong address; they call my daughter-in-law about the problem. My grandson will received his new 55" LG Television.
