What are the different ways to reserve Wyndham properties? I’m a Marriott owner and know the ins and outs of that system but not familiar it’s W.

Looking to book a Nashville property in future.

How do owners reserve, with weeks or points? Are the time intervals sold by season?

The Wyndham Nashville property can be booked with points. I don’t believe they have fixed week contracts there but someone will correct me if I’m wrong about that. UDI and CWA owners can book 13 months in advance of arrival. All others can book 10 months in advance. The only other property in Nashville that is available to Wyndham owners is the new Margaritaville downtown. It is basically a Margaritaville hotel that has some studio suites available for Wyndham owners. Those can also be booked using Wyndham points. I’m Silver VIP and I can book those 6 months in advance of arrival date. I believe that varies with VIP level and is a shorter timeframe if you’re not a VIP owner.

If you are just looking to book a one time stay at Wyndham Nashville- post a wanted as in the marketplace here and one of the Wyndham owners that rents their points can respond and book what you need as a rental.
