It will be a little warmer in Hilton Head. With that said I travel to Myrtle every year in early April and the weather is almost always warm. It is my favorite time of the year to go to Myrtle Beach.
I’ve been to both in April and not much difference in the weather patterns. As Panina mentioned, HHI will be a bit warmer. I’ve also found Myrtle that Myrtle was a bit more breezy but I think that has to do with HHI being so well forested in the development.
Hi...I'm a HHI fan and enjoy the quiet area. Not as busy as MB but not as large either. Both offer a great holiday and day trips. We like to visit Savannah so HHI is closer. It should be pretty mild temps and good for golf! Re: beach, well MB is more vast and then you have beautiful Pawleys Island to visit for the day. Either way enjoy.
